Revamping the Website for Better Performance & Engagement
The website’s cluttered structure led to high bounce rates and slow load speeds, making navigation difficult. I redesigned the UI for better clarity, optimized assets, and worked with developers to improve performance. The result? A streamlined experience, lower bounce rates, and faster load times.
MFine Essentials: Personalizing E-Commerce for Healthcare
Integrating e-commerce into MFine required leveraging existing flows for a seamless experience. To improve product discoverability, we introduced skin-condition-based filters and clear highlights on product pages.
We designed a Self-Assessment flow to personalize recommendations, used by 10L+ users with a 5%+ conversion rate—exceeding industry standards. New UI components and a custom filtering system enhanced navigation, while trust badges, free dermatologist consultations, and in-depth assessments built credibility.
Optimized Micro Animations using Rive
Micro animations were pixelated, heavy, and slowed down performance, affecting the user experience. I initiated a project to convert them into vector-based animations, improving both quality and efficiency.
After evaluating tools, I chose Rive over Lottie for its flexibility, despite being in its early stages. Over three months, we transformed 30+ animations, reducing the total file size from >30MB to <150KB, significantly enhancing app performance.
